DOT.

A visual campaign reimagining how we talk about the menstrual cycle.

Around the world, menstruation is surrounded by silence, discomfort, and stigma.

In many cultures, periods are still hidden behind euphemisms or left out of education entirely. Even in advertising, blood is almost always replaced with blue liquid, so convincingly that many people grow up without knowing that period is red.

This silence has consequences. It shapes how people learn about their bodies, often through confusion and shame.

When periods are treated as something to hide, asking questions becomes something to fear.

DOT was created to replace that silence with understanding.

Making the Invisible Visible

DOT’s campaign is designed to live where real life happens—on buses, in schools, on screens, and in conversation. Every touchpoint invites curiosity, breaks silence, and makes space for new stories.
